Kevin Sbraga is a New Jersey chef and the winner of Top Chef Season 7, Washington D.C. Sbraga was formerly the Executive Chef at Rat’s Restaurant at the Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton. In September 2011, he became the chef-owner of Sbraga, a modern American restaurant in Philadelphia. He attended culinary school at Johnson and Wales in Miami, Florida and received his BS in Culinary Arts.
